We ship through An Post at standard postal rates. Your book will be carefully packed so that it arrives in good condition. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase please see our returns policy below.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you wish to return a book you must notify us by email at bluehorsepress8@gmail.com or on our contact page within 14 days of receiving the book. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us and you must send in its original packaging or equivalent protection also within 14 days of your receiving it. Once it has arrived to us and we are satisfied that it is unused and in good order we will reimburse you within 14 days by the same means of your original payment.
Should you receive any items that proves to be faulty or damaged please contact us within 14 days at bluehorsepress8@gmail.com or on our contact page giving details of the item with the name of the book, order number and a description of the damage. We will then contact you to arrange replacement or refund.
