This website is owned and operated by Blue Horse Press (Ireland). This website enables visitors to view and purchase books published by Blue Horse Press (Ireland). The terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us, are set forth herein. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

In these terms and conditions: - Blue Horse Press (Ireland) means Blue Horse Press (Ireland), Rahard, Athenry, Galway, Ireland H65 CD51 and any successor to its business; 'working day' means every day of a calendar year apart from weekends and statutory and public holidays; 'us' means Blue Horse Press (Ireland) and 'you' and 'your' means the person ordering goods under these terms and conditions.

In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase that item.

Blue Horse Press (Ireland) must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be processed. Payment of the advertised price will be taken at the point of order. Charging your payment method does not mean that an order has been accepted by Blue Horse Press (Ireland). Once payment has been processed, Blue Horse Press (Ireland) will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to you at the email address you provide. The email will include your name, the order number and the total price charged. Blue Horse Press (Ireland) acceptance of your order (which will happen when Blue Horse Press (Ireland) dispatches your order) brings into existence a legally binding contract between us on these terms. Any term sought to be imposed by you in your order will not form part of the contract

The prices we charge for our products are listed on the website with information about shipping available on the payments page. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Blue Horse Press (Ireland) will not process any orders in the case of errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods (including the advertised price of the goods) appearing on our website. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regards to the advertised price of the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible by email and reserve the right to cancel your order.

This Website is strictly for your personal and non-commercial use. You agree not to use the Website for commercial or business purposes or to place orders which will be, or are being, sold on to a third party. If you are suspected of using the Website in any of these ways, then we reserve the right to withdraw from any relevant contract(s) and cancel your order(s).

If Blue Horse Press (Ireland) has insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you, or cannot obtain the stock from our suppliers, we will notify you as soon as possible and any sum debited by Blue Horse Press (Ireland) from your payment method will be credited to your account and Blue Horse Press (Ireland) will notify you by email at the address given by you in your order form. The refund will be made as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order. Blue Horse Press (Ireland) will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation or to supply the goods in this situation. In the case of special offers, please note that stocks are limited at the special offer price and are subject to availability. If we cannot supply at the discount price, we will notify you as soon as possible and refund your order payment.

Blue Horse Press (Ireland) will post the goods ordered by you to the person and address you give Blue Horse Press (Ireland) at the time you make your order. Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted and in any event within 30 days of dispatch of the order. You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when the goods are dispatched to you from our distribution centre.

Tax, Duty, VAT

All prices displayed on the Website are inclusive of any applicable local sales tax, VAT, and similar taxes which Blue Horse Press (Ireland) may be required to charge. Your final price may be different depending upon the tax that applies to your delivery location.

When ordering goods from Blue Horse Press (Ireland) for delivery outside the EU either local VAT, import duties and/or taxes may be due once the package reaches your country. When ordering from Blue Horse Press (Ireland), you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods and where import duties and taxes are due, these are your responsibility. Any additional charges for customs clearance, including applicable import duties and taxes, must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.

Returns

To cancel an order and return an undamaged and unused product, you must notify us on our contact page within 14 days of receiving the item/s and send in its original packaging or equivalent protection within that time period. Once we receive it and are satisfied that it is unused and in good order, we will offer a refund based upon the original payment method. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us unless we delivered it to you in error or it is faulty (See below for further details)

We will refund the price of the item no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the item back from you. We'll refund the same means of payment as you used to make your purchase.

If the goods Blue Horse Press (Ireland) delivers are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or of an incorrect quantity, Blue Horse Press (Ireland) shall have no liability to you unless you notify Blue Horse Press (Ireland) of the problem by email at bluehorsepress8@gmail.com or on our web contact page within 14 working days of the delivery of goods in question.

If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 30 days of the date on which they were dispatched to you, Blue Horse Press (Ireland) shall have no liability to you unless you notify Blue Horse Press (Ireland) by email at bluehorsepress8@gmail.com or on our web contact page of the problem within 30 days of the date on which the goods were dispatched to you.

If you notify a problem to Blue Horse Press (Ireland) under this condition, Blue Horse Press (Ireland) only obligation will be, at its option, to make good any shortage or non-delivery; to replace any goods that are damaged or defective; or to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question to the original method of payment.

Blue Horse Press (Ireland) will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem you notify to Blue Horse Press (Ireland) under this condition and Blue Horse Press (Ireland) shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question.

Nothing in these conditions are, however, intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law.

Nothing in this contract creates any right which is enforceable by any person who is not a party to the contract.

Force Majeure

Blue Horse Press (Ireland) shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

Invalidity

If any part of these conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which Blue Horse Press (Ireland) excludes its liability to you, the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.

Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, together with the current Website prices, delivery details and Blue Horse Press (Ireland) contact details, set out the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of the goods to you by Blue Horse Press (Ireland). Nothing said by any salesperson on behalf of Blue Horse Press (Ireland) should be understood as a variation of these terms and conditions or as an authorised representation about the nature or quality of any goods offered for sale by Blue Horse Press (Ireland).
